When you are challenged, you are asked to become more than you are. A challenging problem (or puzzle as I like to see it) requires you to change your perspective, acquire new skills, and learn to push boundaries. Collaborating with people across disciplines aids in solving a puzzle in the best way possible. The following projects showcase just that.

[Redacted company name] employs thousands of people across numerous product areas, cross-functional groups & geographies. I led the design of enhancements to a platform that would allow its users to explore & navigate the company’s teams & people allocation and also provide leaders with insights used in resource & investment planning.

Lantern, is a cannabis home-delivery service that guides people through different strains & products, in order to help users find what’s right for them. They reached out in need of help with the end-to-end design for the customer experience on Lantern.

Design System for Janssen CarePath

Role: UX Lead & Visual Designer — IBM iX

Janssen is focused on addressing some of the most complex & serious diseases in 5 major healthcare areas: Cardiovascular & Metabolism; Immunology; Oncology; Infectious Disease & Vaccines and Neuroscience. The project aimed at creating a single integrated platform for patients, healthcare providers, & benefit service partners to improve the quality of care and outcomes of patients.

Sugar.IQ - Onboarding Experience

Role: UX/UI Designer; Onboarding Designer & Prototyper — IBM iX

The Sugar.IQ diabetes assistant is a first-of-its-kind cognitive app that helps detect important patterns & trends for people with diabetes. This app uses IBM Watson analytics to continually analyze how an individual’s glucose level responds to food intake, insulin dosages, & daily routines, and in turn, offer real-time, personalized insights so people can easily understand their glucose in context to their lifestyle choices.
